It is located in the nicest area of Cologne, next to many lovely cafes, bars and restaurants with only a 5 minute walk to the city center. Even though you are stepping out into a lively neighbourhood, the flat is very quiet and located in the back of the house. I am looking for a responsible and calm subletter for my flat. It is fully furnished, decorated with care and is clean. Plenty of storage space is available (Ikea Pax closet and drawers, dishes and everything you need to live comfortably.) Looking for 1 person to sublet 1-3 months, no shared WG.
