I am renting my apartment from asap until September 1st. It is perfect for a tranquil get away, a little oasis with forest right around the corner. It would be lovely to have someone who is respectful, a non - or outside smoker and rather quiet to keep the harmony of the house.
Located in Treptow / Schöneweide. It's well connected, very close to woodlands, the Spree and not far from Treptower and other parks.
About 10 minutes from Ostkreuz. Just a few minutes walk to tram lines: M17, 21, 27 and 37.
Closest S-bahn stations are Schöneweide and Karlshorst.
The total amount is inclusive; internet, electricity and heating. The apartment is also equipped with everything.
