Hallo, wir sind auf der Suche nach einer kleineren Wohnung, vorzugsweise in Neukölln oder Kreuzberg, zum Tausch oder zur Übernahme eines Mietvertrages.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock eines Altbaus in der Oranienstraße.
In dem Industriegebäude gibt es einen netten Hof mit Yoga und verschiedenen Kursen.
Die Wohnung hat eine lange Form mit einem Zimmer auf der Vorderseite des Gebäudes und die anderen beiden auf den Hinterhof. Sie ist geräumig und offen gestaltet.
Das mittlere Zimmer ist ein offenes Wohnzimmer im Küchenstil und die anderen beiden Zimmer sind komplett voneinander getrennt (gut für WG). Keller haben wir leider nicht.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und hat einen coolen Altbau-Charakter.
Wir sind ein Paar, das plant, in den nächsten zwei Jahren viel zu reisen, also brauchen wir nicht wirklich so viel Platz und hätten lieber eine günstigere Miete.
Zeitraum: Wir sind flexibel, idealerweise vor dem 1. Oktober 2024

Hey! We are looking to swap out apartment or take over a contract form someone for a smaller apartment preferably around Neukolln.
The apartment It's on the 4th floor of an old building in Oranienstrasse.
There is a nice backyard with yoga studio and different classes in the industrial building.
The apartment has a long shape with one room looking to the front of the building and the other two to the hinterhof. Its a spacious and open layout.
The middle room is an open kitchen style living room and the other two rooms are completely separated from each other (good for WG). We don't have a Keller unfortunately.
The apartment is very central and has a cool vibe of an old building. We are a couple planning to travel a lot in the next two years, so we don't really need so much space and would rather have a cheaper rent and be closer to work.
Dates: We are flexible, ideally anytime before 1st of October 2024
