Hello everyone!
I'm Hanikso (she/her), an art student living in Berlin, and I'm subletting my beautiful, spacious room in Lankwitz for two months (July - August). It's a sizable room with a lovely balcony and great lighting, especially in the summer. I share the apartment with two flatmates, David (he/him) and Svenja (she/her), who are both wonderful people. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for those who aren't into partying. Regular cleaning and good communication will contribute to a pleasant atmosphere for everyone in the flat.
The room comes fully furnished with everything you need, and there are plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby, including Edeka and Penny. The flat is a 7-minute walk to the S26/25/S1/S2 stations, or you can catch a bus to the U9 line.
The monthly rent is €440, with utilities (electricity, gas, internet, etc.) totaling €60 per month. A €200 deposit is also required. Please note that this is a SHORT TERM SUBLET ONLY FOR JULI AND AUGUST, and ANMELDUNG IS NOT POSSIBLE!
