Searching for Babysitter for toddler

Hi!
We are new in the neighbourhood. For my adorable son I am searching for a person who likes to take care of him 1-2 times per week for 2-3 hours. (Like going to the playground, animal farm, activity outside) also as a Backup to bring him to Kita if I would fell sick. My son is a lovely child who is easy going, social and curious about the world. He is interested in almost everything - animals, children, adults, books, music, traffic... he loves older kids and to learn a lot.
A normal and very sweet child.
We speak German and English.
I would appreciate it very much to find a BiPoC Person since my son is Afrogerman and I am white. I think it would be awesome for him to have more adults of Colour in his life.
