Das Haus ist nicht ausgebaut. Die Wände des Hauses sind aus Natursteinen und ca. 50 cm dick. Das Haus kann ohne Bauantrag ausgebaut werden. Fachkräfte sind vor Ort vorhanden. 2005 habe ich einen Kniestock einbauen lassen und das Dach erneuert.

Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich auch noch Reste eines anderen Hauses.
Hier kann mit Bauantrag auch wieder ein Gebäude errichtet werden.

Das Anwesen liegt wunderschön in grüner, hügeliger, ländlicher Umgebung, 200 m vom Dorf Marinha entfernt. Lapa und Marinha, gehören zur Gemeinde Graça und damit zum Kreis Pedrógão Grande und befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Stausees Rio Zêzere. In den heißen Sommertagen fanden wir täglich ein kühles Bad im Fluss Man fuhr ca. je 10 Minuten bis zu den Städtchen Pedrógão Grande und Figueiró dos Vinhos. Die IC 8 verbindet die Region mit der größeren 40 km entfernten Stadt Pombal. 60 Km sind es bis zur Universitätsstadt Coimbra. Bis Lisboa und Porto sind es jeweils gut 2 Stunden Autofahrt meisten Autobahn, die in Nordsüd- Richtung verläuft. Eine gute Busverbindung gibt es nach Lissabon und Coimbra, eine Zugverbindung ab Pombal.

The property is located in lovely, green, hilly surroundings just 200 m from the village of Marinha on the edge of the hitherto deserted hamlet of Lapa. Both form part of the Parish of Graça (municipal council Pedrógão Grande) about halfway between the towns of Figueiró dos Vinhos and Pedrógão Grande and very close to the River Zézere reservoir. During the hot summer days, we found a daily dip in the river. It is approximately ten minutes off the IC8 which connects the region with the larger 40 km from the town of Pombal and it is up 60 Km to the university city of Coimbra. To Lisboa and Porto is a good 2 hour drive most highway that runs in the north-south direction. It has a good bus connection to Lisbon and Coimbra, a train from Pombal.
