The headset was working just fine ( no problems at all)
until one day i was unable to charge it
i tried disassembling it to locate the error and it was the USB charging port,
i ruined one earpud while disassembling it
so if you feel like you can fix the USB port by replacing it
or you can take it to a shop and fix it for around 20 euros
the packaging is still there and the warranty was for 2 years and it has already been more since i bought the headset
