Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert mit einem Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Tischlampen, einem Regal, Wäscheständer, Kleiderschrank und einem eigenen Mini-Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach darin.

Über das Apartment:
Es ist zentral gelegen, direkt neben dem THWS Campus 2, und Campus 1 ist mit einem 2 Minuten langen Bus erreichbar, ideal für Studenten. Zwei verschiedene Bushaltestellen sind 1-3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Cleverfit ist auch 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
- Küche: Kürzlich gebaut und voll ausgestattet mit Backofen, Induktionsherd, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Mixer und anderen Küchenutensilien.

A cozy room in a 3-Room WG is available starting 1st June 2024. We are looking for a friendly and a clean roommate.

About the room:
The room is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, desk, chair, table lamps, a shelf, clothes drying rack, wardrobe and your own personal mini fridge with a freezer in it.

About the Apartment:
It is centrally located, right beside THWS Campus 2, and Campus 1 is reachable by a 2mins long bus hence, ideal for Students. Two different Bus stops are 1-3mins walk away. Cleverfit is also 3mins walk away.
- Kitchen: Recently built and fully equipped with Oven, induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, and other kitchen utensils.
- One shower room
- One separate toilet room
- Bike parking area in the backyard
- One storage room in the basement
- Laundry drying room in the Attic

About the Roommates:
We both are from Pakistan and treat this WG like home. Hygiene and cleanliness is a huge priority for us and we would like to have someone who helps us keep the apartment clean! Therefore we are looking for someone who helps us keep the environment clean, peaceful and friendly. We would prefer a non-smoker and WG parties aren’t permissible!

In our free time we cook together sometimes, go to the gym and watch F1 races & Football matches together.
