Verkaufe hier einen sehr guten Nachdruck von 2 Plakaten mit "Instandsetzungsanweisungen für DKW-Kräder" sowie "Sonderwerkzeuge für DKW Automobile und Kräder" von 1944.
Behandelt werden folgende DKW Typen:
- RT 125
- NZ 250 / 350 / 350-1 und 500
- SB 350 und 500

Auf dem einen Plakat werden Daten zum Motor (wie Kolbenspiel, Verschleißgrenzen, Zündwerte, Tipps zum Einbau etc.) sowie die Einstelldaten und -düsen für die Vergaser Typ AMAL, BING und Grätzin genannt und erklärt.
Dazu noch Infos zum Getriebe, Fahrgestell und Elektrik und vieles mehr.

Auf dem anderen Plakat sind viele Sonderwerkzeuge erklärt, welche auch mit allen Maßen versehen sind. Somit kann man sich die Werkzeuge selber nachbauen wie z.B. den Kurbelwellenabzieher, Gegenhalter für den Kupplungsmitnehmer und diverse andere Abzieher.

Die Maße der Plakate betragen je ca. 59x42cm .... also Originalgröße DIN A2.

Es werden 2 Plakate verkauft (Instandsetzung + Werkzeuge), so auch auf den Bildern zu sehen.

I am selling a very good reprint of 2 posters with "Repair instructions for DKW motorcycles" and "Special tools for DKW automobiles and motorcycles" from 1944.

The following DKW types are dealt with:

On one poster, engine data (such as piston clearance, wear limits, ignition values, installation tips, etc.) as well as the setting data and nozzles for the AMAL, BING and Grätzin carburettors are named and explained.
In addition, information about the transmission, chassis and electrics and much more.

On the other poster, many special tools are explained, which are also provided with all dimensions. This means that you can replicate the tools yourself, such as the crankshaft puller, counter holder for the clutch driver and various other pullers.

The dimensions of the posters are each approx. 59x42cm .... so original size DIN A2.
