Planning a 1-6 month trip this September to take my daughter on a trip to Asia before she starts kindergarten. So we are renting out our vacant apartment. This is your home away from home in Germany, the apartment is fully furnished, move in ready, and you have the space all to yourself.

Currently is the plan to rent out only our guest bedroom (shown in the pictures) for singles or couples. We can also open up the master bedroom if it is a family stay.

Introduction:
- Two rooms (open kitchen), 2 bedrooms (16 sq ft each).
-Rental period: 1-3 months without Nach (temporary lease, exact rental period can be agreed upon)
- From Sept. 2024 - March 2025
- Monthly rent for single guest bedroom: 1500 for 1 person, 1800 for 2 persons
- Full full rental Monthly rent: €2500 (max 3 people)
-5 minutes walk from S-Bahn, bus stop.
- Nearby supermarket shopping facilities.

Detailed information
- The rent also includes additional costs for the apartment (electricity, internet, heating).
- Kitchen with oven, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans.
-Storage room with washing machine, bicycles.
- Bedroom, kitchen and other rooms as shown in the pictures.
