I am looking for a studio/1-bedroom apartment (for 1 person)
- Location: flexible, ideally Pankow, Prenzlauer Berg, Lichtenberg, Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, Mitte, Charlottenburg, Neukölln
- Move-in date: from May/Jun 2024
I have the relevant documents (payslips, contract, SCHUFA) available and can bring to the apartment visit.
A bit about myself:
- I work full-time in an IT team
- I do not smoke and have no pets
- I love traveling and travel often. In my free time I like to draw or take dance classes
- As a tenant, I appreciate order and cleanliness. I do not smoke and have no pets. Also, I understand the importance of taking care of the apartment and respecting the neighbors
- I speak English and German fluently
