Are you planning to move out of your small studio apartment in Berlin inside the ring? I offer a finder's fee of € 500 if you refer me to your current landlord and I can take over your apartment.
Conditions:
The fee of € 500 will only be paid after the rental agreement has been successfully signed.
The maximum monthly rent for the apartment may not exceed €800.
The apartment must be available before June 1, 2024 (from my side I am flexible with the dates before the deadline)
About me:
I am 36 years old
I work full-time as a graphic designer and renting my own apartment in Prague.
Do I have all the necessary documents such as pay slips, certificate of freedom from rent debt, Schufa -Reports etc available.
No pets, non-smoker.
