The role will be leading the Expert digital strategy and guiding the execution within the DACH BU with Haleon Healthpartner Portal (HHP) being the heart of all activation. HHP responsibility includes content strategy, strategy for database capture and expansion, activation planning and analytics as well as defining the future roadmap of HHP and registration & engagement of HCPs (Pharmacists, PTAs, GPs, Dentists, Hygienists)

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Create and implement the 3-year BU Expert digital strategy for OH, OTC, VMS in close collaboration with local Haleon teams and external agencies.
- Work on BU specific data structure and data usage to our way of Omni-channel HCP activation
- Establish a full-year email strategy to fully leverage our 1P data (consider collaboration with COMEX and the OTC B2B portal – how to drive synergies)
- Be responsible of HHP and its maintenance/development in partnership with Expert marketing managers and own the understanding of expert digital media performance.
- Develop a digital strategy to drive reach and engagement on called-on and non called-on HCPs to drive and improve IPSOS KPIs
- Identify key opportunities for the delivery of digital integration and innovation across Programmatic, Search, Social, strategic media / data partnerships & eventually eCommerce.
- Work alongside media team to activate across priority media digital channels against global investment guidelines and media sufficiency framework and champion the implementation of expert media digital plans in market

REQUIREMENTS:

- Thorough knowledge of digital marketing, digital engagement & activation, digital media management and ideally brand management experience in a complex HCP environment.
- Experience with consumer obsessed mindset is required to implement digital strategies for HCPs in order to increase patient recommendation and to drive brand growth.
- Good project and stakeholder management skills are needed to keep control of multiple projects running at the same time and working
- Good understanding of the German HCP landscape needed (Pharmacists/Dentists/GPs)
- Innovative mindset when it comes to new solutions how to interact with HCPs digitally. Curious mind following digital trends on the market.
