Ratsherrn - Das Lokal is a "Ratsherrn living room" in Eimsbüttel to feel good in, where we spoil our guests with our brewery's own and international beer specialties as well as good plain German cuisine. Whether for a beer or a meal together - DAS LOKAL is the new meeting place for the neighborhood and rounds off the culinary variety of restaurants and bars in Eimsbüttel.

Our generously covered year-round terrace and cozy bar invite you to socialize and enjoy more than just a well-earned after-work beer. In our dining room in the 1920s style with adjacent, cozy fireplace room, we serve you hearty seasonal classics.

Die Aufgaben:

● You are an ambassador for our love and passion: Craft Beer & Craft Food.
● You inspire our guests with good home-style cooking and proactively contribute ideas for modern influences and sustainability.
● You'll participate in the creation of a new kitchen and kitchen team from the beginning.
● You work with the chef in the preparation of meals and also take on kitchen responsibility independently.
● You lead the kitchen responsibly and quality-oriented.
● You report to the head chef and the management.

Wir erwarten:

● A completed apprenticeship as a cook and / or experience in food processing gastronomy or system gastronomy.
