Ebenso ist freier Internetzugang vorhanden. Beide Zimmer haben einen eigenen Balkon und im Haus ist ein Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Ein Stellplatz gehört zur Wohnung, weitere Stellplätze sind vor dem Haus verfügbar.

All rooms are fully furnished (bed with nightstand, closet, table with bench) and the kitchen is also fully equipped (two refrigerators, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, pots and pans, kettle, dishes, cutlery). Free internet access is also available. Both rooms have their own balcony and there is an elevator in the house. One parking space belongs to the apartment, additional parking spaces are available in front of the house.
