BMW E30 E36 318 is ti baffle valve cover exhaust side M42

Hello,

I offer here a laser cut baffle plate made of 2mm aluminum to replace the riveted original plates on the exhaust side. (It also fits on the inlet side but the original plastic part provides a better seal).
Background was mainly the residual removal of the blasting material after a surface treatment with glass beads. If blasting material remains in the engine, this can lead to an early engine damage.

Attention this conversion kit is not plug and play!
You have to grind off the original rivets, remove the sheet metal, drill new blind holes with 3,3mm diameter and then cut M4 standard threads into them.

Scope of delivery:
- 1x baffle plate
- 7x screw with half round head ISO 7380/1 M4x12 A2

- Very good material compatibility (no seizing of the screws as in the pairing with galvanized screws).
- Very accurate fit
