I am renting out the second room of my apartment as a private artist studio / desk space. From what you see on the pics, only some furniture would remain, but does not need to. All sorts of digital creation is welcome, painting worked well for a friend who was using the space, light sculpting or sewing wouldn't be a problem either. For heavier duty stuff, I guess the place is not suitable. The room has 13m2, is super bright and has two big walls to work on as well as a little desk space that could be extended. It would be your private space and can be furnished according to your needs. I am rarely at home during the day, so the kitchen etc. would be at your disposal during that time. Ideally, I would like to find a permanent arrangement, that is for at least half a year. The monthly rate for the place would be 250€. Available from January 1st 2023.
