Do you need a place to live for 1-2 months at short notice because it didn't work out at the start of your studies, a separation has changed your life circumstances, etc.?
Let's go. I'm renting out my apartment for a short time. Fair price, no rip-offs and no profit motive. Pull-out couch, bed, desk, kitchen are all available.
I'm not currently using the apartment and ultimately want to help someone who can't get ahead in this modest housing market in Berlin.
There is one small downside:
There was water damage from above in the bedroom. The wall was treated on a 2x1.5m area, but is still damp. This does not have any health restrictions as there is NO mold growth. Nevertheless, I prefer to mention it in advance. Transparency is important .
Even a short-term 2-person shared flat is okay for me.
