the bedroom faces the courtyard so is super quiet and the living room faces the street (south=sun) with a balcony, there is a small park in front so there are not buildings close :)
The condition of the apartment is very good and has been renovated throughout. Cellar compartment and bicycle parking spaces in the inner courtyard are available. We really love living here and have great neighbors but we need an extra room for the family.
