Hello everyone!
I am looking for a roommate partner for a quiet and cozy apartment in Lochhausen, Munich, M zone SB direct.
The room to be rented is about 16 square meters in size and has a bed, desk and closet. As the pictures show.The apartment is shared except for my daughter and I who live in the room next door.
The apartment is located at Munich 81249 S3 Lochhausen. 5min walk to the station, public transportation train S3, bus 162 and X80, 830.
Free parking underneath the apartment is very convenient and safe.
Your future roommates will be me and my 2 year old daughter.I am looking for a roommate of my age (32), who likes children and loves food.
You can be a single or a single parent with a child， but the prerequisite is that you need to like children and be able to accept 2 years old girl as your roommate.
My daily life is more regular, with girl and online work. I love cooking so I cook every day. On the weekends we like to hike outdoors or travel around the area, so if you do too, it would be a lot of fun.
Room are currently expected to be rented for 1-6 months, short-term rentals. If and when we confirm that the shared life is harmoniously, we can consider a long-term contract.
Life is 10 percent what happens to you and 90 percent how you react to it.
