About my apartment: Altbau 4 metre high ceiling, real wooden floor, hand made door frames, clay walls (marmor optik) and much more. The complete kitchen is individually made with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge. A professionally made hochbett is also installed by a carpenter.
Apartment is on hochparterre, quiet, you can hear the birds in the morning and sometimes music in the evenings. Neighbours are very nice, mostly young.
Right outside are probably the best restaurants and bars, bakery and groceriestores such as rewe, alnatura, penny. Pharmacy, doctors, individual shops... everything is 50-100 mts away. All in all, the apartment has a lovely flair and charm.

I want to have two bedrooms as i want to move in with a friend and thats is why I’m looking for a swap.
