We are expanding our family and therefore looking for a bigger apartment.
Our apartment is on the fourth floor, with an elevator.
Apartment is very bright and has a nice balcony. It was renovated 3 years ago and still looks new as we have spent most of the time abroad.
Both rooms look towards Mehringdamm street.
View is nice as it is looking towards the Viktoria park.
Popular Bergmannstrasse is right around the corner with many nice restaurants that we will miss :'(.
We are looking for a bigger place, above 70 sqm with at least 3 rooms. We are not specific about the area as long as the apartment is quiet for the baby :)
Having access to elevator is important to us.
