A sharing quiet clean room in Wittenau( 13435 Berlin) with other students ( male or female but everyone has his own room of course ) in a big apartment with ANMELDUNG ( REGISTRATION) for a long term rental ( Not Less Than 6 months this is a must and it could be extended to one or two years)
The room will be already free on 31.03.2024 and ready for rent. No reservations!!! Who comes first, is served first!!
The room is fully furnished and it has a bed couch to be more practical.
The sharing apartment should be cleaned regularly by all of the tenants according to their schedules .All the other details will be discussed on the view meeting day!
Monthly rent is 585€
PLUS ONE MONTH Deposit of 585€
The Deposit amount will be paid back on departure!
After the first 6 months, the tenant can notify me ONE MONTH before his departure decision!
