URGENT! Furnished room with balcony | 12qm in 3er WG | May-July

Due to a scholarship abroad, I am looking for a subtenant for a furnished bedroom (12 sqm) with a large balcony in our spacious shared apartment (116 sqm total) in Mitte/Wedding. The apartment consists of two individual apartments that have been joined together. The roommate Oliver, 34 years old, artist and computer scientist, lives in one part of the apartment. In this part of the apartment there is a guest toilet, a guest sink and the kitchen. I and the two cats Mashou and Loki usually live in the other part of the apartment. It would be nice if you had fun taking care of the cats while your stay in our flat.
Since you can close some doors between the two parts of the apartment, quiet, undisturbed living together is guaranteed. The rent for the 12sqm room with a large balcony is €580 per month. The two free rooms are connected by a hallway (approx. 10 square meters), which you can also use. At the end of the hallway is a large bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine.

**IMPORTANT**
The cats are taken to the bathroom in the evening and the door is closed behind them so that they don't disturb anyone during nighttime. When the door is closed, the cats are calm and sleep all night long. If you need to go to the toilet at night or want to use a sink, you can use the guest toilet. However, the large bathroom would be of limited use at night, as the cats become active again as soon as you enter the bathroom and open the door. It may then be that they meow, want to play and possibly disturb/wake up other roommates. Here you have to agree with the other roommate whether and how the bathroom can be used at night.
