Hello dear :-),

Are you looking for a centrally located accommodation near the main train station as a temporary tenant, wanting to feel comfortable and sleep peacefully? I'm happy to share my space with you for a limited time :)

Living Together – Space for All Needs

If you're coming as a pair or even interested in renting the entire apartment for a specific period, feel free to discuss it with me. Perhaps I'll be away during that time ;) Small families are also welcome.

Personal Connection – Important Information for Your Inquiry

IMPORTANT: Since I privately rent, and I feel more comfortable when I can get an impression of you, please send me a link to one of your social media channels/LinkedIn/XING or similar, where I can learn more about you. In your inquiry, share a few lines about yourself, what you're currently doing, and why you'd like to be my temporary tenant. Please include a recent profile picture in your profile. Requests without this information won't be answered for security reasons.

Cozy Sleeping Options and Relaxation Haven

You can sleep on one of my very comfortable mattresses in my hobby room (including a table, chair, lamp - ideal for remote work) or on my large, comfortable sofa bed (space for 3 people) in the bedroom with a balcony. The room depends on my circumstances. Both rooms face the green and peaceful inner courtyard, away from the street. Due to their south-facing orientation and the view of the green inner courtyard oasis, you'll enjoy plenty of daylight and bird chirping.

Refreshing Shower and Shared Spaces

You also have access to the bathroom with a shower to wash away all worries and feel rejuvenated. During longer stays, you're welcome to use my kitchen. The entire apartment is decorated with lots of wood and natural materials. If you also enjoy being in nature, you'll feel right at home here ;)

Transparent Terms – Your Home Away from Home

The price (shown up in the ad) is for one person per month. It has to be paid before moving in (at least 1 weeks before). For shorter periods, it will be a bit more per day since the effort is greater. Also a deposit is required and will be retained in case of a no-show and of course paid back after moving out not breaking something. The deposit can be transferred, for example, via PayPal.

The apartment is centrally located. Everything is easily accessible on foot.

Train station: 10 min on foot
City center: 15 min on foot
Grocery store: 5 min on foot
Neustadt: 20 min on foot, by tram about 12 min
Bus stop: 3 min on foot
Tram stop: 6 min on foot
University: 10 min by bike
Miscellaneous

Check-in is between 6 and 9 pm.
Check-out is by 8 am.
These times can be flexible by arrangement.
