The room is 18 m2 and is fully furnished. The floor is wooden, two large well-insulated windows overlooking the balcony and the courtyard.
The room contains the following furniture:
a 140cm bed, a large wardrobe, three tables, blackout curtains
In the apartment we share a kitchen and a bathroom with a washing machine.
The shared apartment is located in Wedding, a 5-minute walk from Osloer Str. metro station.
It is very well connected: you can get to the U8 and U9 subway, and in 15 minutes on foot you can also reach Gesundbrunnen where the Ringbann and many Sbhan pass.
Two other people between 25 and 40 years old live in the shared apartment, a worker and a student worker.
The shared apartment is international and we speak English.
There is a cleaning schedule where we all take turns.
The rental price is all-inclusive, which means that operating costs (water, electricity, internet etc.) and transmission costs are already included. As a result, there are no additional additional costs.
The rental contract is initially limited to 10 months, with the possibility of extension (but only for a few months).
