My name is Derya. I'm an art director, dreamer, and, most importantly, a person who loves to laugh. I have a flat in most popular area of Berlin and currently looking for a flatmate who can rent out my friend's room.

Our accommodation on the 3rd floor includes a super modern, beautiful kitchen with plenty of space and a living room area. It's a modern shared flat. There's also a spacious terrace with a marvelous view of the Berlin TV Tower. The flat is located in one of the most famous regions of Berlin, and the area is surrounded by various restaurants, cafes, and pubs! Rent includes all utilities. Our apartment is situated between Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz (U2) and Rosenthaler Platz (U8), and the big advantage is that it's also directly near the tram!
