-> Own the procurement system strategy and define short-, mid- and long-term deliverables.
-> Be the key bridge between our global procurement team and IT business partner.
-> Translate processes into system requirements and drive our system transformation towards state-of-the-art benchmark.
-> Ensure system set-up meets global process demand and overall compliance.
-> Regularly engage with a global P2P manager network and the procurement team.
-> Lead global management steering meetings.

-> Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred.
-> 4-7 years of experience in procurement, with a strong background in SAP HANA/S4 ERP implementation.
-> Proven track record of successful procurement process optimization and cost-saving initiatives.
-> Strong leadership and change management skills.
-> Proficiency in using SAP HANA/S4 or similar ERP systems for procurement.
-> Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
