Hi!
I am a data analyst in Berlin looking for my long term apartment!
I am a very friendly and kind person who loves to spend calm evenings on a balcony so it would be great if the apartment had one. I am a very clean person and keep my apartment pretty tidy and do not have too many guests around.
I am looking for a place with a fitted kitchen but I am flexible with my requests regarding rent, room and furnished/ unfurnished. The main criteria would be that it is long term and anmeldung is possible.
In my free time I like to explore Berlin or relax at home reading novels. I have no pets and do not plan on having any in the future.
I am looking for an apartment within the ring preferring the east side as it is closer to my work but I can also be flexible in the areas
