I am looking to rent out my studio apartment in Friedrichshain for 3 months (flexible - could be longer or shorter) to a clean and responsible tenant. A move in is possible from 15-05-2024. Due to the size of the apartment (32sqm), I am looking for a single person that will live alone in the apartment.

The apartment is located in the 1st floor of a calm rear house. It has a wide green and calm back yard.

The apartment is fully furnished. It has a queen size high bed (140x200cm), a couch, a dining table, two chairs, shelves and a wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave as well as plates and cutlery. The bath room has a washing machine. Towels, bed linen and pillows are also available in the apartment so one can move in directly. WLAN, electricity and utilities are included in the rent, provided no excessive use will take place. The monthly rent is calculated for 1 person.

Pets & smoking not allowed

The apartment is centrally located in Berlin Friedrichshain in a calm side street.

Subway/Metro station U5 Strausberger Platz is only a few walking meters away. Tram station M10 (Bersarinplatz) is also in a short walking distance away.

There is a Lidl 3 minutes away.

The area provides lots of shopping facilities, bars and restaurants. The apartment is located next to recreation area (Volkspark Friedrichshain).
