Free spaces in a new workshop studio storage workspace coworking

I'm Hanno, 31 years old and I'm self-sufficient in the field of lighting and sound technology, exhibition stand construction and shop fitting. I had to give up my workshop a few months ago and was forced to store most of my tools. That made me think bigger and because I'd been thinking about bigger machines and a livelier working environment for a while, I came up with the idea of ​​setting up my own shared workshop where craftsmen, artists and designers are welcome (leisure and professional).

I want a diverse mix of people with different skills who work for themselves but are also willing to exchange ideas and offer some help so that everyone benefits from it. For this purpose, there is a separate lockable room of at least 10m² for each tenant, as well as communal areas with large machines.

For this purpose, I have rented a hall of around 1000m², which is already divided into several rooms and into which I will build more walls (I can still adapt the plans as required). There is also a 20m² kitchen, toilets, some heavy-duty shelves in some corridors, two freight elevators (3x2m) and parking spaces in front of the building.
In addition, the hall is equipped with heating and some rooms are connected to air conditioning.

The rooms are equipped with light and 230V sockets (if necessary, we can talk about three-phase current), and I also try to provide as many rooms as possible with daylight via skylights in the walls. I plan moving in from July, but it may be possible for the first of you to move in up to 4 weeks earlier.

I have set the rental costs for your own rooms as follows:
≤15m² -> €25/m² net
≤20m² -> €24/m² net
≤25m² -> €23/m² net
≤35m² -> €22/m² net
>35m² -> €21/m² net
