Cloud Technology Hub Lead

In this role as Cloud Technology Hub Lead you'll lead and oversee multiple teams dedicated to empowering the P&T community within mobile.de \[http://mobile.de/\] by facilitating and optimizing their utilization of cloud services and implementing FinOps practices. You'll help shape the broader Cloud & Infrastructure (C&I) strategy and mobile.de \[http://mobile.de/\]'s specific objectives. You'll be responsible for defining the vision and mission within the context of Cloud & Infrastructure (C&I) and mobile.de \[http://mobile.de/\], establishing clear roadmaps, objectives, and progress evaluation criteria.

You will report into the Head of Cloud Technology Hubs.

**What you'll do**

* lead multiple teams to enable the P&T community in mobile.de \[http://mobile.de/\] in the efficient and effective consumption of cloud services, including FinOps practices
* shape the strategy, aligned with C&I and mobile.de \[http://mobile.de/\]
* provide vision and mission definition within the context of Cloud & Infra as well as mobile.de \[http://mobile.de/\]
* define roadmaps along with objectives and criteria to validate progress
* be accountable for the product enablement within the mobile.de \[http://mobile.de/\] P&T population
* be responsible and accountable for the collaboration with the Cloud Technology and Cloud Product Offices, the implementation of best practices as defined in that context, and influence the decisions taken there based on customer feedback and latest technology advancements
* perform all aspects of people management, including hiring, performance evaluation, career development, mentoring
* liaise with mobile.de \[http://mobile.de/\]'s senior leadership and be their partner in the definition of their objectives and plans, and pick up their needs and react accordingly
* own the mobile.de \[http://mobile.de/\] Cloud Technology Hub's budget

**Who you are**

* at least 3 years of experience leading SRE / DevOps / Infrastructure teams
* analytic mindset and the ability to translate client requirements into actionable plans
* intermediate to strong knowledge of the Amazon Web Services offering and the ability to judge the applicability of their solutions to Adevinta's needs
* proven track of building teams in and adapting teams to a changing environment
* strong leadership skills built on forward thinking and the ability to motivate and inspire team members
* excellent communication skills and a proven track of building bridges between teams
* already based and entitled to work in Germany
