Dear coffee passionate,
I am looking for a barista and truly coffee passionate that wants to join my efforts to set up a specialty coffee shop in Munich.
This is still a project in the preliminary phase and I am looking for the right person that wants to have an impact in this journey.
The type and form of collaboration are not yet written on paper and I am open to different solutions.
What I am looking at is:
- passion and deep knowledge about coffee
- barista experience (ideally you currently work in a specialty coffee shop and wants to have an impact on a new creation)
- honesty, team spirit and willingness to learn
- patience: this is not something will open tomorrow but it is a journey that will allow you to have an impact on the decisions will be taken till the opening
- very good English, German basic to serve clients. Other languages a plus
