Hey,
Do you need a short-term apartment for a maximum of 4 months (shorter periods are also possible, but at least 2 months) because it didn't work out at the start of your studies, a separation has changed your living circumstances, etc.?
Let's go. I'm renting out my apartment for a short time. Fair price, no rip-offs and no profit motive. Pull-out couch, bed, desk, kitchen are all available.
I'm not currently using the apartment as I'm moving out myself and ultimately want to help someone who can't get ahead in this modest housing market in Berlin.
There is one small downside:
There was water damage in the bedroom from above. The wall was treated on a 2x1.5m area, but is still damp. This does not have any health restrictions as there is NO mold growth. Nevertheless, I prefer to mention it in advance. Transparency is important .
Also n short-term 2er WG is okay for me.
