What you can expect in this role
● As a (Senior) Warehouse System Specialist you will be the main contact person for robotic automation topics
● You are responsible for maintaining the automation system, monitoring the connection and capacity of robotics
● Also you conduct audits to uphold standards, providing documents to auditors, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure process quality
● Moreover you create change requests, implement new and adjust existing processes
● You also collect and analyze data for KPI calculation and planning purposes
● In this role you also create, maintain user and support in first or/and second level

● Several years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems or warehouse automation
● Strong analytical and problem solving skills
● Curious and eager to learn with a pro-active attitude
● Availability for on-call duty in case of emergencies
● Basic knowledge in SQL and MS office
● Business fluent English and German skills

● Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 42,000€ - 70,000€ gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process
